With a little help from his personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez (and a steel pipe), Alberto Del Rio controversially captured his second WWE Championship inside the dreaded Hell in a Cell. Once again, Del Rio took the top spot in the P25 rankings.

Mark Henry

Though he overcame Randy Orton at WWE Hell in a Cell, World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry suffered The Viper's wrath after the bell. That assault and the "giant" pain he experienced at the hands of the returning Big Show on SmackDown caused him to lose the No. 1 spot to Del Rio.

Randy Orton

Though WWE's Apex Predator did not walk out of The Devil's Playground with the World Heavyweight Title, he did take out Mark Henry after the match. He also knocked him over a ringside barrier on Raw and pinned Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes in tag team action on SmackDown.

Sheamus

Sheamus rose to the No. 4 spot after scoring three victories this week, defeating Christian at WWE Hell in a Cell, getting the win for his 12-man tag team on Raw and teaming with Randy Orton on SmackDown.

John Cena

Although he lost his WWE Championship at WWE Hell in a Cell, John Cena and an elite team of Superstars won a 12-Man Tag Team Match in the main event of WWE Raw SuperShow - a victory that kept the Cenation leader in the top 5.

CM Punk

CM Punk put forth an incredible effort against Alberto Del Rio and John Cena in their Hell in a Cell Match, but was ultimately unable to reclaim the WWE Title thanks to The Mexican Aristocrat's underhanded tactics. Punk was, however, triumphant in a massive tag team bout the following night.

Evan Bourne & Kofi Kingston

They might have lost to U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger on SmackDown, but WWE Tag Team Champions Air Boom earned crucial momentum early in the week with a successful title defense at WWE Hell in a Cell and a main event victory in WWE Raw SuperShow's massive 12-man tag team bout.

Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes received major props this week, not only for bringing back the "classic" Intercontinental Championship at WWE Hell in a Cell, but also for cementing its legitimacy with a successful title defense against John Morrison.

Beth Phoenix

The third time was definitely the charm for Beth Phoenix, who finally snared Kelly Kelly's Divas Championship after two consecutive pay-per-view losses to the blonde bombshell. Kelly Kelly attained some retribution on WWE Raw SuperShow, but Beth vented her frustrations on Alicia Fox on SmackDown.

Sin Cara did save face against Sin Cara Negro at WWE Hell in a Cell. Still, his poor showing against WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio and the post-match attack by Sin Cara Negro grounded him at No. 10.

Kelly Kelly dropped three spots from last week after losing her Divas Title to Beth Phoenix at WWE Hell in a Cell. Yet, her frenzied ringside assault on The Glamazon proved to the WWE Universe that she isn't taking the defeat lightly.

Self-professed Internet Champion Zack Ryder has been on quite a roll recently, but a lack of in-ring activity this week dropped Long Island Iced-Z out of the top 10. Yes, we're serious, bro.

Alex Riley

Alex Riley earned an impressive win over former Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett this week on "WWE Superstars," which enabled him to hold strong at No. 13.

Christian lost to The Great White Sheamus in the high profile spotlight of WWE Hell in a Cell. He also lost two tag team encounters on Raw and SmackDown.

Natalya

Natalya helped Beth Phoenix win the Divas Championship at WWE Hell in a Cell, smashing Kelly Kelly with the microphone.

Big Show

"Well, it's the Big Show!" And man, was it ever. Returning to SmackDown from injury, The World's Largest Athlete gave an emotional speech to the WWE Universe, before unleashing his rage on World Heavyweight Champion Mark Henry. He also walked away with a title opportunity for his trouble.

Sin Cara Negro lost a crucial match to Sin Cara Azul at WWE Hell in a Cell, especially when you consider that it was he who orchestrated their showdown in the first place.

The outspoken English Superstar once again showed that there is strength in numbers, setting himself up as one of the key voices in the opposition to WWE COO Triple H on Raw, just moments before the Superstar walk-out.

Mason Ryan

One week after laying out U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger, Welsh juggernaut Mason Ryan once again humbled Vickie Guerrero's clients, helping his team defeat Ziggler, Swagger, Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes, David Otunga & WWE Champion Alberto Del Rio in a 12-man tag bout.

The All-American American ended his week on a good note alongside U.S. Champion Dolph Ziggler, but his failure to become a WWE Tag Team Champion at WWE Hell in a Cell causes him to lose some footing on the Power 25.

Now that Dolph Ziggler is on the same page as Jack Swagger, perhaps the U.S. Champion is starting to hit his stride. Following Ziggler & Swagger's non-title victory over the WWE Tag Team Champions on SmackDown, there's no reason why both Superstars shouldn't be higher in the weeks to come.

David Otunga

Even though he was on the losing team in Monday night's tag team main event, David Otunga's legal counsel played a major role in encouraging Superstars to seek legal action against WWE COO Triple H. As a result, WWE Raw SuperShow united in a vote of "no confidence" in The Game's leadership.

Eve accompanied Kelly Kelly to the ring at WWE Hell in a Cell, but could not prevent the calculating Natalya from interfering in the Divas Title Match and helping Beth Phoenix capture the butterfly-emblazoned prize.

The Personification of Domination was just that on SmackDown, conquering Jinder Mahal in strong style with the Torture Rack.
